We are not an app, but we are accessible from your phone or desktop whether you're in the gym or at home.  Our Portal is designed to house all of your workouts, questionnaire answers, and photo submissions for your convenience. 

All downloads are self-paced, while our GunnarMade Portal programs are built to hold you more accountable. 

All equipment required for the programs will be listed at the beginning of the program.

For our HOME programs, it will require dumbbells, bands, sliders, and a jump rope.
For our GYM programs, this requires full access to a gym. 

We LOVE adding to the GunnarMade Family, and are so happy you are picking us to guide you through your transformation! When you purchase our programs, you instantly become apart of the GunnarMade Family. At this time, however, Gunnar is not taking on new in-person clients.
